How do I get the Fuel Rebate?

One Person Referred = 10% Fuel Rebate (max $15)
Two People Referred = 25% Fuel Rebate (max $37.50)

What is TelaDoc?

TelaDoc is a network of licensed, primary care physicians that provides its members with around-the-clock access to telephone medical consults.

TelaDoc physicians evaluate and diagnose most minor medical problems and, when appropriate, prescribe medications. Members can reach a consulting physician from their home, office, hotel room, or on the road – 24/7/365.

Accessing medical treatment is easy and affordable. When individuals register for membership in TelaDoc, they provide information that builds their own unique electronic medical record (EMR), which the consulting physicians utilize during medical consultations. All TelaDoc services maintain patient confidentiality and conform to HIPAA guidelines.

Consult Reminders:

• Only registered members aged 12 and older can request consults from a TelaDoc physician.
• You must disable anonymous call blocker in order to receive calls from a TelaDoc physician. (Dial *87 or contact your service provider for details.)
• The physician will make 3 attempts to reach you. If you do not answer by the third attempt, your consult will be canceled.
• Every consult is billed to you at a flat rate of $35.
• NOT available in Oklahoma.

What is Dining Rewards Network?

When you join this FREE program online. You will receive 15%-20% on your first dine and up to 15% thereafter.

Simply register your credit cards with us and use it to pay your bill at participating restaurants, bars, and clubs when cash back rewards are being offered. The program will automatically credit your cash back rewards to your credit card that is registered with us. You will receive email notification of your credit and the credit will be on your statement shortly thereafter.
